Reservation Process
Before proceeding with your booking, it's essential that you read our General Terms and Conditions. This will allow you to avoid surprises and enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind. It won't take more than a minute!
How to book your activity
To reserve any of our activities and secure your place, a deposit of €15 per participant is required. We recommend booking 15 days in advance to guarantee your spot. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the activity or upon signing the contract.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation with less than 10 days' notice
€10 penalty per booking.
Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show
The full amount of the reservation will be charged.

In the event that an activity must be modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather or access difficulties, no refund will be issued. If the activity is suspended for reasons related to the company, the company will make the appropriate decisions regarding refunds or postponements.
Materials and Requirements
Included materials
All necessary equipment for the activity is included in the price. If you prefer to use your own equipment, it must be in perfect condition, certified, and within its expiration date. For more technical activities, you may be asked to provide your own equipment.

For activities requiring a higher level of commitment or difficulty, Sallent Aventura reserves the right to conduct a level test prior to the activity, the cost of which will be covered by the participant. This test is necessary to ensure that all participants meet the technical and physical requirements.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult during the activity. However, those over 16 years of age may participate alone, provided they present formal authorization from their parents or legal guardian.
